Symptom
No data after running import from external database.
Cause
Incorrectly entered credentials data (error in login or password). Unfortunately, the system does not display this import error cause.
Resolution
In the new version 2.3.18 (available soon), the NACVIEW system correctly displays the cause of the import error from an external database.
