Symptom
Slow response time when reading organizational tree structure from AD server. Failed to import users (identities) and computers (endpoints) from AD server.
Cause
Sometimes in large structures of AD servers, e.g. when there are several of them and they are related or when the organizational structure tree on the AD server is built and unusual, there may be problems with correct addition and synchronization with the NACVIEW server.
Resolution
The problem is being investigated by our engineers, but in such cases we recommend setting the authorization server by disabling the checkbox this option:
