Cisco Catalyst 1200 - is a new family of affordable smart switches designed for small and medium-sized businesses. It is managed via the Cisco mobile app or dashboard, providing a simple and intuitive way to configure it.
Unfortunately, this new generation lacks the elementary functions needed to usefully manage network security. It lacks MAC authentication, CoA functions and VLAN assignment. We definitely do not recommend purchasing this model - it does not work with NAC systems.
