We are excited to announce the implementation of DHCP-Inform support in our system. This feature confirms lease validity and rejects it in case of a conflict. Occasionally, lease rejections may occur due to detected collisions, ensuring optimal network stability and accuracy.
This functionality is particularly useful when a user’s computer enters sleep mode. Upon waking, it first sends a DHCP-Inform request, followed by a DHCP-Discover after a delay. The new implementation helps maintain seamless connectivity in such scenarios.
