Symptom
Error when logging in using OTP. Only affected if it set a group to narrow down who can log in and did not specify the OTP parameter.
Cause
A minor bug in the OTP module in version 2.3.19 of the system.
Solution
Any parameter must be specified for this functionality to work properly. In version 2.3.20 of the system, this is no longer required.
