Set the network type in access policies before upgrading

WiFi access policies are not working.

For WiFi networks, in addition to the SSID, the network type (wireless network) must also be specified in the access policy.

Before upgrading to version 2.3.18 NACVIEW, check the policy settings for WiFi. Set this parameter if it is not.
